ART CONVERSATION at 1335MABINI is collaboration with DiscLab, a not-for-profit organization founded by young art researchers and writers. It aims to document the recent history of Philippine contemporary art through critical and multidisciplinary research and writing that situate the public at the center of the process.

The program Nodes and Rifts is a forum that germinates with potential nodes of articulation in Jon Cuyson’s Kerel. Teasing out and problematizing some key elements of the exhibition, the program aims to put forward preliminary, temporary, speculative, and even traditional or rhetorical propositions on the notion of participation that pertains to issues on labor, sexuality, and aesthetics as gleaned from Kerel.
